Sunday Part Deux

Ian and I rode the metro out to a mall. A real mall, where real people shop. The Gum (pronounced Goom like broom), and the Tsum (pronounced soom) had super models shopping inside and the underwear started at a thousand dollars. Even if I could afford it, everything was Small or Xtra Small. I haven't seen the letter S in DECADES!

The inside was awesome. Check out the blue lit escalators and the lit up elevators... how totally fun!

Do you see what I see?? Yep, that is Build A Bear... we shall see if we can take Ariana. It might be better to keep her inside and limit the stimulus... but it would be fun wouldn't it! We looked. They had all the same exact dolls.

We did buy Ana some warm clothes.. they had good tights here. The thick ones.

After a trip to the mall, we went to Arbat to get the usual Starbucks for Ian. Well deserved after battling the mall with me. No one ever complain about prices again. The fisher price dog that we all have- where you squeeze its paws and it counts or says the ABCs... it is $80 here. I really really wanted it because it was in Russian... I still may break down...but ours at home was, what, $25??

Below is more of old arbat... quite crowded.... Isn't it beautiful without snow!

So, that was our outing. I got Ian to postpone the statue graveyard and go to the mall! We will do the grave yard, just not at 9pm. It is by Gorky Park so I want to go there anyway and see if it is a good place to let Ana run free.

Well in 12 hours or so we should be waiting for the judge's decision. Everyone please get on your knees and pray for us... I am terrified. And, that is putting it mildly!

Now, I need to sleep.

Paka,
Michelle

Good luck tomorrow with court, I'm sure you will be fine. The unknown is the worst part.

In the baby home music room there is a "hippo" that says the Russian alphabet and tells short Russian fables/stories. We bought one for Artem at the toy store on Novy Arbat that is underneath the big grocery store. Underneath as in the basement.
